Q: Can I pay per a wash load?

A: Yes, you can pay per wash @ $ 1.40 a pound, and if you decide to purchase a plan in the middle of the semester we will give you a pro-rated price. (Please contact us direct at ( ) - for pro-rated pricing.).

Q: What if I have more clothes to wash than the semester plan I signed up for allows?

A: Not a problem! You will be notified that you went over your limit and will be charged $ 1.40 for each extra pound to cover additional washing machine costs.

Q: How many weeks are in a semester plan?

A: A semester plan consists of 15 weeks of delivery laundry service.

Q: Where do I drop off my laundry?

A: Each dorm/frat/sorority/off-campus housing will be assigned different days and pickup times. Within the given times you can call Mom's (phone number) and a trusted Mom's employee will meet you at your door to assure you laundry is not misplaced.

Q: What if I use special detergent?

A: We will ask you to notify us and we will contact you to verify that we have the detergent you requested.

Q: What if I have special needs for certain items?

A: At Mom's, special care is what we do best. Put your special items in a plastic bag and place it inside your Mom's Laundry bag with a Mom's Campus Cleaners itinerary form and hand it to our attendant when they pick up your laundry.

Q: How can I be sure that I will receive the right laundry bag?

A: Each Mom's laundry bag comes with an ID card attached to the drawstring of the bag with your personal information printed. Every time a Mom's attendant drops off your laundry you will be asked to show either a Cat Card or ID that matches the information on your ID tag and roster sheet.

Q: What happens if something is missing after I receive my laundry?

A: If you have filled out and inventory sheet, you have 5 days from when the laundry was dropped off to contact us. If you have not filled out a Mom's Campus Cleaners inventory sheet we are not responsible for missing items.
